What Is the Greenwich Growth Proof Project?

The Greenwich Growth Proof Project is our flagship intervention and mentoring programme developed in partnership with the Royal Borough of Greenwich Virtual School. We specialise in working with children in care, those at risk of exclusion, and young people navigating complex trauma.

Our approach is dynamic, personal and impactful – blending life skills, mental health support, creative arts (including music production), cookery sessions, and community engagement to reignite hope, ambition, and purpose in young lives.

From Vulnerability to Vision

One young person arrived with a history of trauma and disengagement. With ongoing creative mentoring and music sessions, he built a catalogue of over 30 original tracks in less than six months, developed confidence, and was guided toward a career path in music and ethical entrepreneurship. He’s now exploring paid opportunities with us while continuing to grow personally and professionally.

From Disengagement to Reconnection

Another young person initially disengaged but maintained honest communication with mentors. After a short period away, he independently reached out asking to rejoin the programme — a powerful indicator of the trust and consistency we build. Small yet impactful actions, like choosing to change his appearance and accepting help, signaled a new chapter in his development.
