1. Subscription Plans
1.1 By subscribing to our meal prep service, you agree to an ongoing subscription that renews automatically on a weekly or monthly basis, depending on your selected plan.
1.2 Payment for the subscription is collected in advance of each subscription period.
2. Cancellation Policy
2.1 Notice Period for Cancellation: Customers must provide at least one month’s written notice to cancel their subscription. This notice period allows us to process the cancellation and plan accordingly.
2.2 Cancellations must be submitted via email to themealteampowerpacks@gmail.com or through the cancellation feature in your account settings.

3. Refunds
3.1 No refunds will be issued for subscription cancellations made within the one-month notice period. Services will continue until the end of the paid period.
3.2 In the event of an overpayment or duplicate payment, we will work with you to issue a refund within 14 business days.
4. Amendments to the Policy
4.1 We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions, including the cancellation policy, at any time. Customers will be notified of any changes at least 30 days before they take effect.
